SIGHTINGS
On Wednesday, August 3, 2005, at 8:50 pm, a 16-year old student and 7 other witnesses spotted a cylinder shaped object near a residental area in Tiel [Dutch province Gelderland]. The object was completely stationary for 5 minutes, before it slowly descended and went out of site. The UFO didn't reflect any light. "I had the feeling being watched," reported the student.
On Wednesday, August 3, 2005, at 0:45 am, a 34-year old textile worker spotted a strange white object in the sky. From her home in Heestert [Belgian province West-Vlaanderen] she saw a slowly moving object, that suddenly stopped. The object began 'dancing' through the sky, making 'controlled' movements, sometimes moving in circles or triangles. The night before the eyewitness spotted a similar object. When an airliner approached, the UFO took another direction.
'Chantal', a 16-year old schoolgirl from Den Helder [Dutch province Noord-Holland] recounted her childhood sighting. In July 1999, the then 10-year old girl was helping her Mom hanging out the washing. "I was dancing in circles, while watching the sky. Suddenly i saw it hanging in the air straight in front of me, i yelled 'Mommy, look!!!'. My Mom dropped the laundry basket and was completely dazed. It was a huge object that seemed to came forward out of the sky, like someone in a movie who is 'invisible', but where you can still see the outlines. After a few seconds it disappeared. I'll never forget it," the witness reported. The UFO was using some kind of 'camouflage' to blend into its surroundings, like a chameleon. "It was spherical like some kind of saucer, but gigantic. I spotted some square hatches or windows around the front," recounted the girl, who said the object disappeared like a 'drop in a full glass of water.'
PICTURES
On Sunday, June 19, 2005, at 10:10 pm, a 24-year resident from Uitgeest [dutch province Noord-Holland] took a picture of a disc shaped object using her Sony digital camera [resolution 2592x1944]. It disappeared as sudden as it appeared. Although the object looks like a huge 'orb' the witness was able to see it with the naked eye.
In the night of Sunday to Monday, July 17-18, 2005, a 49-year old anaesthetist from Leeuwarden [dutch province Friesland] witnessed a stationary flashing UFO beneath the clouds, which made fast irregular movements from time to time. He photographed the object using his cheap Medion digital camera [resolution 2272x1704].
ABDUCTIONS
'Etienne', a Dutch teen, who wishes to stay anonymous, reported an abduction-like experience to the Dutch alien abduction support group SolAAS. "Last night [August 3] I was lying in bed, when i suddenly heard my sister in the room next to me yelling she saw a zig zagging ball of light outside. She shouted: "Etienne, come look, there's a UFO!" I responded it's nothing, that she should go to sleep and shouldn't keep me awake. So i fell asleep - i don't know what happened in the mean time - and suddenly awoke. I was floating some centimeters above my bed and looked at my window. I saw a strong light and heard a strange sound. My whole body was suddenly paralysed and i couldn't move anything. Everything began to spin around me. I got dizzy and called my Mom, but i couldn't speak or shout. After a few seconds the light and sound were gone and i fell back into bed and was able to move and talk again. I was then wide awake."
The witness also reported to have experienced ringing in the ears and a sudden interest in UFO phenomena. Expect more detailed abduction reports next newsflash.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
During January and February 1974 hundreds of witnesses and police officers spotted UFO's above the Dutch northern province Friesland and the West Frisian Islands. The sightings took place in and round the town of Gorredijk. In several villages night watches were being hold. A proper explanation for the many UFO reports has never been given.
A 31-year old woman farmer from Gorredijk recently reported a new UFO sighting in the area and some strange recurring UFO dreams. In March 2005 she witnessed a white disc shaped object flying on its side. The silent UFO moved slanting over her house. The witness lives near the Liphusterheide (heath), where according to her UFOs landed during the above mentioned UFO wave. Lately she has strange dreams about UFO's. "I dream that they follow me wherever i am, large metal dishes," the woman reported. The witness felt forced to look outside, when the UFO approached. Probably the Oz Factor was involved.

SIGHTINGS
Springtime 2005, a 50-year old resident from the village Ruinen [Dutch province Drenthe] witnessed a luminous stationary UFO at the edge of a wood. Like every evening the witness was walking round 9 pm to her paddock in the mid-forest, when she suddenly spotted a bright stationary light in the northwest. She decided to turn off her flashlight, so she wouldn't be noticed. After walking to the edge of the forest, she had a clear view of the UFO. The light emission was stable and she couldn't detect any details on the soundless object. Suddenly she got the feeling being watched 'like being looked at by other people' after which the light disappeared at once.
On a cloudy Saturday, August 13, 2005, from approx. 10:30 pm to 11:30 pm, over 20 residents from Brummen [Dutch province Gelderland] witnessed UFOs in formation:
An 18-year old student reported that she, her girlfriends, and her family, witnessed two bright orange objects, moving fluently from south to north in a straight line with an in-between distance of a few hundred meters. Her girlfriend first noticed the objects at 10:20 pm, shouting 'Look, look, strange lights in the sky!', after which she informed her family.
A few blocks away, a 52-year old cleaning woman, her family and neighbours, were barbecuing, when at 10:35 pm she suddenly spotted a strange light approaching at high speed. Soon all 5 witnesses looked in the direction she pointed out. It appeared to be a group of two UFOs moving from south to north. One witness grabbed his camera and was able to capture a second group of two UFOs. These objects were moving behind each others instead of side by side. Through glasses one witness noticed the objects 'were sphere shaped with two rounds in the centre and sharp triangles'. When they thought all objects had passed by, a single object flashed by in the same direction.
A 23-year old graphic designer also witnessed the UFOs. He noticed that one object 'came to a complete stop after which the one behind slid beneath it'.

On Monday, August 15, 2005, around midnight, a 15-year old student and her little sister were going to stay the night at their neighbour's house in Stokrooie, Hasselt [Belgian province Limburg]. When the 15-year old reached the garden path, that connects the two backyards, she spotted a luminous object above the house of opposite neighbours. Her sister also noticed the object. "The disc shaped object was circulating at high speed, approx. two a three meters above the roof ridge. It emitted a yellowish hazy light," the witness reported. When they reached the neighbour's house, the object had disappeared.

ABDUCTIONS
From this newsflash on I'll report about the ongoing alien abduction experiences of a very sincere and sensible 39-year old Dutch woman, who is part of the Dutch abductee support group SolAAS.
"My earliest memory is when I'm three years old. I'm in my bedroom, but suddenly I'm no longer there. I'm lying on a bed and next to me lies another person in another bed: a man obviously afraid, who tries to signal me, but can't move. He looks at me and tries to say something. I feel very afraid, get off the bed and try to run away. I want to go to my Mom, but then an entity approaches, who takes me back and gives me something to drink. Then I'm more calmed down. I incline to think the entity is female, but I'm not sure. It's like I'm not able to see it, but 'she' doesn't frighten me. The next moment I'm on the landing of my house and go quickly to my parents, who are asleep. I'm scared and don't want to go to my room anymore. I don't understand why they didn't see anything. I was only three..."
Q: Can you tell a bit more about this entity and the room you're in?
"The room I find myself in as a 3-year old is to my mind a 'hospital' and that's why the female entity is a 'nurse' in my opinion. She has a light white skin color and dark eyes, but i don't further look at her. She feels ok and calms me down. There are attributes in the room, medical devices and everything is very white and bright. But after I get scared it looks like I'm outside: the same interior but a peaceful outside atmosphere, very strange."
Q: What's the next experience you remember?
"When i'm older I get more nightly visits, but i 'm not so fraid anymore. It's always the same entity, who somehow reassures me. Also my room often 'disappears' and then I find myself somewhere else."
Q: Can you tell a bit more about this entity?
"This entity is a smaller one, a bit of Asiatic. He is a kind of mentor to me, who teaches among other things how to ease my mind and how to control pain. It sounds weird, but he let's me 'float', what I found the most enjoying thing as a kid. He also teaches me how to travel with my mind. I could see my parents in the room below, without them seeing me. The next day I told them where they were talking about, what was correct. I thought this all was very normal until others pointed out it was not so common at all."

October last year Prof. Dr. Willem (Wim) de Graaff, a professor emeritus of Astronomy and Physics, passed away. De Graaff was involved in Dutch UFO research since the Sixties. Through the Dutch 'Wet Openbaarheid van Bestuur' - the Dutch equivalent of the Freedom of Information Act - and with help of the dutch UFO study group NOBOVO, he gained access to two military bunkers in Waalsdorp, a village near The Hague. Reportedly the best Dutch UFO material is secretly kept there for closer examination, including pictures, movies, radar images and UFO reports from pilots among others.

SIGHTINGS
As reported last newsflash a massive UFO-sighting occurred August 13 in the Dutch eastern town of Brummen. More witnesses reported their sighting lately. A 28-year saleswoman and her boyfriend witnessed the UFOs in their backyard. "It resembled the fire usually seen in hot air balloons ... although it clearly wasn't a fireball nor balloon," she reported. The UFOs were also seen from the nearby village of Doesburg. The possibility of mini hot air balloons causing this small flap is being researched.
A 44-year old resident from Lommel [Belgian province Limburg] reported an interesting late 70s winter sighting. From a rural area near the town of Maaseik he and five family members witnessed a large sphere shaped UFO. The stationary object suddenly started to move several times from the right to the left over a 200m distance, after which it slowly descended behind some trees. While descending the object emitted a purplish glow. Few days later a newspaper article appeared about a 'mysterious red sphere'.
On Monday, August 19, 2005, at 9 pm, two witnesses including a plane-expert from Kerkrade [Dutch southern province Limburg] spotted a yellow-orange sphere, zigzagging with high speed to the German border. Apparently a plane also noticed the UFO, while it went chasing it. After some time watching the UFO there was a sudden bang. "Two objects fell down, round and burning," the witnesses reported. The day before similar UFOs were seen 4 km further on.

Since July 2005 brothers Marc and Reza van Druten (both in their 30s) captured numerous UFOs on tape above their place of residence in Baarn [Dutch central province Utrecht]. Pictures are taken without flash using Sony digital cameras and are zoomed in alot (!).

Ongoing abduction experiences of a 39-year old Dutch woman, continued from last newsflash.
Q: You mentioned your room seemed to 'disappear'. Can you elaborate on that?
"My room always changed into the same space. It seemed they could see in my head how i wanted to be it. First it was a large hall, very bright with large lights. Later on it was adapted and more comfortable, very strange."
Q: Did you have any negative experiences with entities?
"Yes, when I was older. On a Sunday afternoon I was lying on the sofa with my 1-year old watching tv. A penetrating humming sound scares me and I become very frightened. My child is in deep sleep and everything seems to stand still. I know someone is present and indeed... an entity is coming down the stairs right to me. This entity is wearing a dark cloak and looks at me with piercing eyes. I don't want to look at him, but I'm physically paralysed, it's like I'm being pulled away. Mentally I try to resist, fraid as I am I want to protect my baby. Eventually I'm able to break loose and I crawl to the phone, whereupon the entity withdraws. But first I had a vision of my father in a heavenly blue outfit, why I don't know." Some kind of mind projection? More next newflash.

In 1977 a deadly crash in the Northsea took place - reportedly during an 1v1 ACM exercise - with a F-4 Phantom of the 32nd Tactical Fighter Squadron stationed at Vliegbasis Soesterberg, an air force base in the centre of The Netherlands known for its many UFO sightings. According to the brother of one of the deceased first lieutenants the F-4 crashed during the interception of a disc shaped UFO, first seen at the base and later reported in local newspapers. Upon recovery of the casco the F-4 had a live warload, never used during ACM exercises. A few years later the base was visited again by UFOs. The military UFO sightings were researched by the late Prof. Dr. Wim de Graaff.

SIGHTINGS
In the end of August several UFOs were seen in the Dutch eastern province of Overijssel. The local paper 'De Stentor' reported about several sightings on Wednesday, August 31. A family from Assendorperdijk witnessed at 9:40 pm several circulating lights. Twenty minutes later, at 10 pm, a sphere shaped object was seen above Hardenberg.
We also received sighting reports from the same day. A 54-year old engineering teacher from Haaksbergen spotted at 10:20 pm three disc shaped objects. The soundless UFOs had a outer ring with red shading to yellow. They moved at high speed from southeast to northeast.
A 31-year old IT advisor and his friend witnessed round 11 pm a UFO in Zwolle, the capital city of the province. The soundless object moved so fast that they hardly noticed it. It had a 'asymmetrical arrow shape' with orange lights.

Few minutes later a sphere shaped light moved from west to east at the same speed. The objects flew out of sight behind some houses.
PICTURES
On Saturday, September 17, 2005, at 10:40 pm, a 17-year old student from Hoogeveen took a picture of four sphere shaped objects in a hazy orange fog near a festival terrain in Gramsbergen [Dutch province Overijssel], using his Nokia 6230i mobile phone [resolution 1280x1024]. He didn't see them with the naked eye. We're considering the possibility of an internal lens reflection (lens flare). (maan = moon, bolletjes = spheres)

Q: Did you have more strange experiences at that time?
"First let me say that the cloaked entity left a deep impression while it was much present, both physically and mentally. In the same time I frequently woke up black and blue, without a reason. Also bruises and scars on the inside of my thighs. After some visitor's dreams I bled like menstruation had started. There were also blood remains on my pillow, and in my mouth and nose. One pregnancy suddenly ended without a miscarriage. The doctor called it a 'missing abortion'." A lot of female Dutch abductees report missing abortions, also referred to as Missing Fetus Syndrome.

On June 30, 1955, at 7:45 p.m., the crew of the Dutch cargo ship 'Gadila' observed a strange luminous object resembling a 'burning plane' over the sea not far from the island of Pantelleria, in the Mediterranean Sea. But the 'plane' did not crash in the water. Suddendly it stopped in the sky, and then it began to move like a pendulum before disappearing after 16 minutes. Another cargo ship observed the strange luminous 'cigar'. The phenomenon was radioed from the 'Gadila' to the 'Dirkzwager' Sea Agency. Also mentioned in Project Blue Book.
