What is Remote Viewing?
Remote viewing is a powerful, teachable, paranormal technique that was developed at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) during the 70s and was used by the US government for 20 years. Although the programs were finally closed down and declassified, because the accuracy rate reached was only 15%, the actual accuracy was much higher, 60-85% according to a speech writer for the US president Ford. The programs have been moved under a deeper cloak of secrecy. It turned out that the 15% accuracy was only the baseline that non-gifted and untrained persons were able to achieve; the minimum accuracy required by RVers was 65%; this was finally reached and consistently exceeded. There are a lot of RVers from the now declassified top secret Project Star Gate that have started their own RV business. Many RV units are still operational and classified as Top Secret in many Western and Eastern countries. In Europe several intelligence agencies, like the British MI6, the German Bundesnachrichtendienst, the French DGSE, and Israelian Mossad had and some still have their own psychic units. The Russian foreign intelligence service (SVR, f.k.a. KGB) and counterintelligence (FSB) are rumoured to have revived their former highly advanced RVing and psychotronics programs.
We consider Remote Sensing to be a better word for RVing, because you experience the target with all your senses, not just visual.
The mind can witness any event, thing or being in our universe. Once you are 'bilocated', you can instantaneously shift contact or awareness from a distant galaxy to an ancient event on earth, without any delay in time. Bilocation roughly means part of your awareness is where you currently are, and part or your awareness is at the 'target' object or event.
Because your mind can transcend space and time you can accurately experience, sense, feel, see, taste, smell, hear and describe, detailed and accurate information on any event, person, being, place, or object that has ever existed, does exist, or will exist. Women tend to do better at social-emotional aspects of a target, while men do better at mechanical aspects. One does not go into a trance, 'astral travel' or 'channel' an outside force during a RV session.

Founded in 2004 we periodically predict upcoming events and release information about ET activity. RV is a great tool for UFO research. It's possible to access UFO's, track them, study their propulsion systems, contact aliens or interdimensional entities, explore their agenda's... the possibilities are simply endless. One has to be aware though that in contrary with humans, who are almost never aware you're RVing them, most higher interdimensional beings know you are...
Advanced Remote Viewing
The RV method we use isn't based on CRV (Coordinate (or Controlled) Remote Viewing) or ERV (Extended Remote Viewing), but is quite different. In our RVing sessions we use no sensory deprivation, “beacon”, or associative methods. We don't use more RVers to get a better result, because the results hardly change. Due to a lack of resources and personnel we don't use many technical tools to analyse the gained data. While we're getting quite stunning results, we call it Advanced Remote Viewing.
We're able to remote view both RV as associative RV targets. We don't assign fictive things to our targets though, because this greatly affects the data, although we're able to use multiple “outcome-options” i.e. up to 10 and still get amazing results. We generally target the target straight out and just see what we get, these results are not as symbolic as other RV'ers get. Like said before, we don't have the resources to make detailed analyses, that's why we prefer RV above aRV. All our RVers have a psychic background, but don't use any meditation or rituals before starting a RV session. Advanced Remote Viewing isn't done in a dream state, it's done in the normal Beta brainwave state. We're able to reach accurate results in a matter of seconds (depends on target). Our RVers don't seem to suffer from an “Analytic Overload”.
We have done both solo and monitored sessions so far, mostly in blind conditions when possible, otherwise front-loaded.

One RVer had some sessions where the contact with the site was so strong that the RVer actual presence at the site experienced (with all senses), just like Buchanan's Perfect Site Immersion (PSI) or Swann's “bilocation”.
A lot of novice RVers download inaccurate garbage; some who made strong claims and predictions have been very wrong or ended up with only a gain of truth. Even when someone downloads info from different sources it can be highly inaccurate, when he/she interprets for instance collective fears or beliefs as a real event. Sometimes the gained information is basically correct, but blown out of proportion. Most of our RVers get fragmentary impressions, only one top RVer can get high detailed impressions. There is always an uncertainty factor though.
We use several unique techniques to separate the wheat from the chaff. We don't put ego, control and competition ahead, like unfortunately some RVers do.
One of our more experienced RVers tells in her own words:
RVing .. it's actually damn simple, but also very complicated to explain how it works. I'd like to make some things clear:
First of all you've the possibility to look into the past, this happens in another way than looking into the future. While RVing the past I'm able to get to know details of a person or event. This just happens when i talk with someone, or if i'm focussing on doing so. Don't get me wrong, it's not a hard effort for me; if i want to, the information comes to me practically immediately. The energy of the person in question, where the information originates from subsequently transforms, and you can clearly detect a “main-connection” within. At first you receive images, short fragments, and after that you get to see a short movie (comparable with a Near Dead Experience), in the course of which you receive more information. At this point you are conscious of dates, persons, feelings, and events that affect our present dimension in the (tangible) world. Therefore the past can be more thoroughly examined than the future.
The future on the other hand contains facts, that sometimes still change, although some are certain, for example of an event that already is in progress. Here you get more the feeling of dimensional travel, this gives you the feeling of sitting in a high-speed train or a plane taking off or the feeling getting pulled away. This happens, because there's a disconnection from the soul out of the 3-dimensional field causing a kind of shock.
The future contains sometimes precise dates, but mainly images of plans in progress, that will happen for certain. You can compare it with dimension holes (these are all planted beforehand), but sometimes you download progressive facts, like from 2452.
RVing a specific person in his/her present situation is very heavy, and more like RVing the past. Hereby you receive all information, a kind of “photo report”, and sometimes even the thoughts of persons etc.
RVing in the double dimension (deceased persons etc) is emotionally and physically very exhausting. Sometimes it looks as if you really become this person. This sometimes goes hand in hand with a kind of rustling feeling, headaches, or muscular pain.
Predictions

When you Remote View the future you have to explore alternative timelines, while unlike the past it isn't fixed. Many futures are almost equally probable, and you have to choose the timeline, that seems to be the most reasonable and reliable one. Sidereal time (the time that our galaxy are in a particular place relative to the RVer) plays an important role in getting more accurate results. Dr. James Spottiswoode analyzed a series of RV db's, and his statistical findings showed that RV sessions done at 13:00 Local Sidereal Time are 300-400% more accurate than usual. American #001 Remote Viewer Joe McMoneagle once said that he's about 55% correct overall. We also don't claim to have a 100% accuracy rate, it's impossible to claim such thing.

What we do
There are a lot of uses for Remote Viewing. We restrict ourselves to these applications:
•Determine the location and condition of a missing person or object
•Determine the cause, outcome or effects of a decision, event or disaster
•Determine dangerousness or risks
•Gather information about historical or (probable) future events
•Gather information about security risks (i.e. terrorism)
•ET exploration and two-way communication, Alien Agenda
•Determine where crop circles will appear and dimension portals open
(We realize the latter two uses are considered to be highly controversial...)
What we don't do
•Requests (so please don't ask)
•Unethical things like invading someone's privacy or Deep Mind Probes without permission (deeply go into the mind of a person, move through all the layers of his/her personality and unconscious, and finally reach the inner core)
•Remote Healing / Medical Diagnosis / Psychotherapy
(there are some exceptions though...)
•Commercial uses, like predicting stock market prices and lotteries (although there are no cosmic laws against making money with remote viewing yet)
•Contacting coma patients, souls, ghosts, or esoteric targets (like Satan or God)
Remote Influencing
Some of our more advanced RVers are able to use Remote Influencing (RI). RI is the ability to remotely influence a person's thoughts or actions. RI can also be used to put cancerous cells into remission, fight diseases and organ degeneration and extend life-span. We don't use psychotronic generators charged with biophysical energy, nor does it drain the body from energy.
Remote Telekinesis
We conducted some simple experiments with telekinesis or the apport technique. It's a form in which the RVer transports its energy body to a remote location, dematerializes an object, then transports it back and materializes it again. When fully developed, it's possible to abduct fysical objects, including documents and computer files and transfer it to another place. These apports could subsequently be returned to their point of origin, without the person becoming aware of this temporary abduction.

Scientific Remote Viewing (SRV)
Scientific Remote Viewing (SRV®), based on CRV, is a trainable mental procedure that can assist a person in obtaining accurate and detailed information from distant locations and across time. Using SRV, the human nervous system acts as a tuning device that connects us to an underlying field of nature through which knowledge of all things is possible. SRV does NOT involve an out-of-body experience, hypnosis, altered states of consciousness or channeling.
The term “Scientific Remote Viewing” refers to a set of procedures that are an evolving although largely standardized methodology used for RVing. Current research suggests that the correct use of these procedures allows virtually any normal individual to obtain information about a remote location with surprisingly high levels of accuracy.

The director of Fairsight, Courtney Brown, Ph.D., who founded the institute in 1995 wrote some interesting books about investigating ET life through RVing. His book, Cosmic Voyage: A Scientific Discovery of Extraterrestrials Visiting Earth, describes his first investigation using RVing as a data gathering technique. His second book on the subject of RVing, Cosmic Explorers: Scientific Remote Viewing, Extraterrestrials, and a Message for Mankind, continues much of the substantive content of Cosmic Voyage, but it also contains an entire text explaining the mechanics of SRV® (see documents).
Technical Remote Viewing (TRV)
TRV®, also based on CRV and developed by Major Ed Dames (ret), is the trained ability to acquire accurate direct knowledge of things and events - targets - distant in time or space, while conscious awareness remains totally “blind” to details about the target itself. It is a data collection skill. The TRV techniques result in an accurate transfer of information from the viewer's unconscious mind into conscious awareness, before the aware, creative, and analytical part of the mind has time to distort, contaminate, or otherwise interfere with the data flow. The target information is then converted into words or sketches, using only a pen and plain white paper. During this process, the viewer becomes linked directly to the collective unconscious -- also referred to as the Matrix.
The president of PSI TECH, Joni Dourif, was one of the first civilians trained in RV technology and spent many years working in the field op psychotherapy and PSI research. Joni became the Vice President of PSI TECH in 1993, and in 1999 when the company's founder Ed Dames retired Joni took over the helm as President. In July 2000, PSI TECH became the sister company of Mind-Tek Research, whose CEO, Dane Spotts, came on board as an executive partner. PSI TECH enjoys a rich and productive research and development department.
Late 2003 Dames presented the never-before-told “inside story” of the U.S. Military RV unit's involvement and its penetration into the UFO enigma. In his video “Are Aliens Real?” he reveals over 20 years of detailed information from the U.S. military RVing teams.

Another person who is on the board of PSI-TECH is Col. John B. Alexander, who is also a member of billionaire Bigalow's NIDS.
In 1983 Alexander formed Jedi Project, a DOD operation whose aim was to seek and construct teachable models of behavioral/physical excellence using unconventional means. This included besides RVing psychic warfare, mind-control and psychotronic projects with military and security uses.
Alexander confessed he was also a member (nicknamed the Penguin) of Aviary, a group of Intelligence and DOD officers and scientists, who were instructed to discredit serious ufology research. He was also part of a “UFO Working Group” within the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). and involved in DOD's promising Project Reliance, “which encourages a search for all possible sources of existing and incipient technologies before developing new technology in-house”.
Future
RVing is still in its babyhood and new and better techniques have yet to be developed. There is not one best method of RVing. Some RVers proved that when combined with other disciplines you can get better RVing results.
The research into RVing is ongoing and includes brain studies of RVers using several testing methods, studies that compare the different RV protocols and training methods, studies that look into future uses of RVing etc. It is rumoured that large companies like Rand Corporation and Motorola “expressed an interest” in psi research.
In his excellent book Remote Viewing (2001) Tim Rifat writes about the future threat of PSI Warfare:
The thrust of modern Russian psychotronic research is towards Remote Influencing, Telekinesis and Biological Telekinesis. Dr. Edwin May, head of the US government's PSI project Star Gate, and Soviet parapsychologist Dr. Larissa Vilenskaya, in their overview 'Influence at a Distance, PK and Bio-PK', state that influencing the human brain telepathically with positive and negative PSI energy and emotions, changing RNA (ribonucleic acid) in lab cultures by use of Remote Influencing, the growth of plants using Telekinesis, coupled with the healing effect of RI on humans and animals, is part of present day Russian research. All of this research is aimed at honing Remote Influencing and Telekinesis to new levels of power and proficiency.

The US Remote Viewing programme was ostensibly run down by 1985. This might be comforting to the scientific community, but Remote Viewing is still being developed by the military, now in absolute secrecy (inside source). DIA personnel and other, secret groups in the US military are now developing paranormal warfare along similar lines to Russian research. In the case of the USA this research is for world domination by the western transnational corporations owned by a super rich elite, who control the privately owned Federal Reserve, Bank of England and World Bank, to protect this capitalist oligarchy against Chinese and Russian paranormal warfare projects, such as Remote Influencing and [Remote] Killing. The US and NATO are horrified by PSI warfare; it is one of the few things they fear. US Remote Influencing is one of the key defensive and offensive weapons the capitalist world possesses to protect the super rich who own the West.

On tuesday February 24, 2004, we publicly predicted that a dimension portal would open above the dutch city Almere at 9:25pm, and a disc shaped UFO would fly over the city at a height of 275 meters. On February 26 a UFO report came in, of a witness living 15 km near the city, who witnessed that morning at 03:11am 2 disc shaped UFO's fly over his house at a height of approx. 200 meters, heading for the city.
