Eén van de klachten van sceptici is dat het niveau van de 'Ufologie' in de media (zeer) slecht is ... ondertussen worden standaard bijna alle ufo-onderzoekers over één kam geschoren, 'het zou kunnen dat...' wordt veel te vaak door sceptici onterecht geïnterpreteerd als 'het is zo dat...' ... vervolgens negeren ze standaard de -controleerbare UFO-feiten- die OOK besproken worden ... of sceptici bagatelliseren het maar al te graag ...spelen hun subjectieve projecties op de man/vrouw en dus niet op de bal ...
(de 'bal' is hier natuurlijk symbolisch voor het inhoudelijke!)(nu zeker actueel sinds 9-11)
Niet dat de mainstream-media U hier inhoudelijk over gaat of wil informeren,
MAAR NIET GETREURD onbesproken, zeer bijzondere UFO-informatie,
is voor iedere burger controleerbaar & verifieerbaar ...
Voor mij zijn -controleerbaar & verifieerbaar- één van de belangrijkste sleutelwoorden in (eerlijke) discussies!
Dus niet alleen maar roepen: 'we hebben bewijzen van doofpot-affaires' ...
of dit zijn de 'feiten' ... maar ZORG eens dat de toehoorder gestimuleerd wordt om het ZELF ook te gaan checken (als een soort privé detective) in bijvoorbeeld de overheids-archieven**
en misschien meer betrokken raakt in een gezamelijke eerlijke & oprechte waarheidsvinding !
Let wel dat je NIET iets als 'absoluut' ziet, want fouten, des-info, mis-interpretaties etc. worden overal gemaakt, dus ook bij 'nuchtere' sceptici van Skepsis die de mainstream-media adviseert ...

Wie is verantwoordelijk voor het hebben of verkrijgen van de juiste informatie ???
Meestal beroepen de ministriële verantwoordelijken (bijvoorbeeld Defensie) zich op 'onafhankelijke' wetenschappelijke instituten/advies-organen (...) en zij beroepen zich vervolgens op de toenmalige BESCHIKBARE kennis van DAT moment ... (dat is wel slim!) dan worden door de meeste (inclusief pseudo-sceptici) niet snel iets verweten 'dat ze het niet wisten' ... en zo is iedereen 'happy' en 'niemand treft blaam' ... lekker geld verdienen (door ons betaald) zonder dat je ECHTE verantwoording hoeft af te leggen ...
Hoe zit het dan met de klokkenluiders, en de 'insiders', gewetensbezwaarden etc. ???
zoals Paul Schaap (Kernreactor Petten), Fred Spijkers (weigerde te liegen namens Defensie), Fons Schirris (Rabo-bank-affaire), Paul van Buitenen (coruptie Euro-top), Ad Bos Koop Tjuchem (bouwfraude met ons belasting geld), Arts Dr. Hans Moolenburgh (met succes fluoridisering in drinkwater tegengehouden!) en de lijst is zeer lang: ook over asbest affaire, softenon-affaire, hormonen-maffia, pedofiele-netwerken, almalgaan, DDT-bestrijdingsmiddelen affaire etc. etc. ALLEMAAL eerst 'niet-betaande' onderwerpen of problemen ...
oeps .... tja daar hebben de verantwoordelijke mensen zeer veel moeite mee, maar gelukkig zijn er in 2004 verschillende politieke partijen die vinden dat ze beschermd dienen te worden, er moet 'plotseling' een WET komen die klokkenluiders beschermd tegen macht-misbruik door hun superieuren, zeker in het Europees Parlement ... maar dan effe een HELE SIMPELE VRAAG:
Waarom dan nu pas ?! waarom moest dat zo idioot lang duren dat verantwoordelijke mensen ZO gaan denken ?! ... deels dankzij -nieuwe- generatie mainstream-media zijn verantwoordelijke mensen bewuster geworden & met een veel beter besef ?!
misschien is het veel te lang zwaar taboe geweest vooral door de angst voor de
label 'complot-denken' te krijgen zoals Hulspas
dat regelmatig denigrerend in zijn diverse betogen tegen o.a. ufo-onderzoekers gebruikt(e)
deze zeer makkelijke gemaakte labels van (pseudo) sceptici hebben als
belangrijkste functie dat men dan
vooral niet
inhoudelijke over het hoeft te denken of praten ...
laat staan
onderzoeken.
Al die tijd, en dat is een hele lange tijd, werden diverse klokkenluiders naar hun nek
gekeken, ik wil graag deze mensen eren, die pas 'ACHTERAF' gelijk &
erkenning hebben gekregen (daarvoor 'bestond het niet') door ze te noemen als lichtend voorbeeld !
Dat luie
stoel sceptici van Skepsis, misschien ietsje meer gaan beseffen dat 'wat de
meerderheid vindt' NIET meteen de 'waarheid' hoeft te zijn ... dat geldt ZEKER
ook voor de hardnekkige

Vooroordelen die ze maar al te graag in
stand houden... inclusief met willige medewerking van
(oude) generatie mainstream-media-redacties, ze zijn
MEDE SCHULDIG aan het zeer slechte nivo van
UFO-discussies!
ALLE SERIEUZE (indirect) door de overheden betaalde UFO-onderzoeks-rapporten plegen standaard gedeeltelijk ZELF-censuur, heb alle begrip voor kennis-filters die mensen gebruiken, of door het taboe,
of het is 'niet te bevatten en daarom niet goed uit teleggen', of men was/is bang voor de consequenties etc. etc. etc.
TOCH is het de moeite waard om diverse OUDE (declassified) UFO-onderzoeks-rapporten met een andere ogen tegen het licht te houden, dankzij FOIA / WOB komen nieuwe controleerbare & verifieerbare UFO-feiten, info, hints, tips, goede aanwijzingen eindelijk VRIJ ... die destijds (Top) Geheim waren, het is aan U en aan de (pseudo) sceptici van o.a. Skepsis om het te WILLEN weten, wat er destijds verborgen is gehouden, bedenk wel: 'als maar een DEEL waar is', is al genoeg!

It warns fire fighters of known 'UFO hazards' such as electrical fields that cause blackouts, air and
ground travel disruptions by force fields, and physiological effects.
'Do not stand under a UFO that is hovering at low altitudes. Do not touch or
attempt to touch a UFO that has landed,' the book warns.
Researched primarily by now deceased US Naval Reserve Captain Charles Bahme, a Los Angeles deputy fire chief who ALSO worked for the Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. State Department, the chapter describes the role that fire fighters should play 'in the event of the unexpected arrival of UFOs in their communities.'

As an example, it outlines a scenario of a UFO crashing into the boiler room of
a school, where the spilled oil ignites, endangering the lives of those inside
the craft. The fire officials are instructed to let the military take over.

the University of Cincinnati and an Ohio Fire Chief, co- authored the
UFO-chapter and will be updating it
this year.
Dr. William M.
Kramer, says
that 'the vast majority of fire fighters believe very definitely that UFOs are
genuinely unidentifiable craft and are not natural phenomena native to our known
earth and our known existence.' Like most people, they are reluctant to admit
this publicly.
The French Institute of Higher Studies for
National Defense and the National Center for Space Studies are a few steps
ahead of the United States military and Nasa. Not only do they openly present
information acknowledging the existence of UFOs and attempt to explain their
origin, they ALSO recommend a widespread information and training campaign on
preparedness which would reach all sectors of the relevant political, military,
and civilian spectrum in their country.
Perhaps the report by the bold French
Generals - with its goal of 'stripping the phenomenon of UFOs of its
irrational layer' - will be a catalyst for American authorities to examine the
issue of UFO's in a new light.

3) Develop alliance with identified elements of a positive nature.

Greetings to all who shall see or hear these presents!
Be it known:
Whereas We have considered that, in view of Article 110 of the Constitution, it has proved desirable,
in the interests of effective, democratic governance, to amend the rules concerning openness and public access to government information and to incorporate these rules in statute law wherever possible;
We, therefore, having heard the Council of State, and in consultation with the States General, have approved and decreed as We hereby approve and decree:
WOB (Dutch FOIA) Chapter I. Definitions
Section 1
The definitions employed in this Act and the provisions deriving from it shall be as follows:
a. document: a written document or other material containing data which is deposited with an administrative authority;
b. administrative matter: a matter of relevance to the policies of an administrative authority, including the preparation and implementation of such policies;
c. internal consultation: consultation concerning an administrative matter within an administrativeauthority or within a group of administrative authorities in the framework of their joint responsibility foran administrative matter;
d. independent advisory committee: a committee appointed by the government to advise one or more administrative authorities, the members of which do not include any civil servants who advise the administrative authority to which they are responsible on the subjects put before the committee. A civil servant who is the secretary or an advisory member of such a committee shall not be regarded as a member for the purposes of this provision;
e. civil service or mixed advisory committee: a committee responsible for advising one or more administrative authorities, which is composed partly or wholly of civil servants whose duties include advising the administrative authority to which they are responsible on the subjects put before the committee.
f. personal opinion on policy: an opinion, proposal, recommendation or conclusion of one or more persons concerning an administrative matter and the arguments they advance in support thereof;
g.
Environmental information: all information available in written, visual, auditive or digital formconcerning the condition of water, air, soil, fauna, flora, agricultural land and nature reserves;
concerning activities, including activities causing nuisance such as noise, and measures which have or
probably will have an adverse affect on these; and concerning relevant protective activities and
measures, including measures under administrative law and environmental protection programmes.
Section 1a
1. This Act shall apply to the following administrative authorities:
a. Our Ministers;
b. the administrative authorities of provinces, municipalities, water boards and regulatory industrial organisations;
c. administrative authorities whose activities are subject to the responsibility of the authorities referred to in subsection 1 (a and b);
d. such other administrative authorities as are not excluded by order in council.
2. Notwithstanding subsection 1 (d), this
Act shall apply only to such administrative authoritiesresponsible for education and research in the policy field of the Ministry of Education, Culture and
Science as have been designated by order in council.

Section 2
An administrative authority shall, in the exercise of its functions, disclose information in accordance with the present Act, without prejudice to provisions laid down in other statutes.
Chapter III. Information on application
Section 3
1. Anyone may apply to an administrative authority or to an agency, service or company carrying outwork for which it is accountable to an administrative authority for information contained in documents concerning an administrative matter.
2. The applicant** shall specify the administrative matter or the document relevant to it about which he wishes information.
** applicant is a person who requests or seeks something such as assistance or employment or admission
3. An application for information shall be granted with due regard for the provisions of sections 10 and 11. (

Section 4
If the application concerns documents held by an administrative authority other than that to which the application has been submitted, the applicant shall, if necessary, be referred to that authority. If the application was made in writing, it shall be forwarded and the applicant shall be notified accordingly.
Section 5
1. The decision on an application for information shall be given verbally or in writing.
('verbally' is NOT ENOUGH ... ASK ALWAYS FOR THE NAME + the responsible CHIEF, AND ASK FOR CONFIRMATION IN WRITING !!!)
2. The applicant shall receive written notification of a refusal to disclose all or part of the information for which he applied in writing. If the application was made verbally (audio), the applicant
shall receive, on request, written notification of the refusal. This option shall be brought to the attention of the applicant !
3. The decision shall likewise be given in writing if the application for information concerns a third party and said third party has applied for this information. In such a case, the decision and the information relevant to
the third party shall be sent to him.
Section 6
The administrative authority shall decide on the application for information at the earliest possible opportunity, and in any event no more than two weeks after the date of receipt of the application. The administrative authority may defer the decision for no more than a further two weeks.
The applicant shall be notified in writing, with reasons, of the deferment before the first two-week period has elapsed.
Section 7
1. The administrative authority shall provide information concerning the documents which contain the information required by:
a. issuing a copy of the documents or conveying their exact substance in some other form,
b. permitting the applicant to take note of the contents of the documents,
c. supplying an extract from the documents or a summary of their contents, or
d. supplying information contained in the documents.
2. In choosing one of the methods listed in subsection 1 the administrative authority shall take into account the preference of the applicant and the importance of smooth, rapid procedure!

Chapter IV. Information provided voluntarily
Section 8
1. The administrative authority directly concerned shall provide, of its own accord, information on its policy and the preparation and implementation thereof, whenever the provision of such information is in the interests of effective, democratic governance. AVT00/BI59740 3
2. The administrative authority shall ensure that the information is supplied in a comprehensible form and in such a way as to reach the interested party and as many interested members of the public as possible at a time which will allow them to make their views known to the administrative authority in good time.
Section 9
1. The administrative authority directly concerned shall ensure that the policy recommendations which the authority receives from
independent advisory committees, together with the requests for advice and proposals made to the advisory committees by the authority, shall be made public where necessary, possibly with explanatory notes!
2. The recommendations shall be made public no more than four weeks after they have been received by the administrative authority. Their publication shall be announced in the Netherlands Government Gazette or in some other periodical made generally available by the government. Notification shall be made in a similar manner of non-publication, either total or partial.
3. The documents referred to in subsection 1 may be made public by:
a. including them in a publication which is generally available,
b. publishing them separately and making them generally available, or
c. depositing them for public inspection, providing copies or making them available on loan.

Exceptions and restrictions !!!
Section 10
1. Disclosure of information pursuant to this
Act shall NOT take place insofar as:
a.
this might (?*) endanger the unity of the Crown;b.
this might (?*) damage the security of the State;c.
the data concerned relate to companies (?*) and manufacturing processesand were furnished to the government in confidence by natural or legal persons.
2. Nor shall disclosure of information take place insofar as
its importance does not outweigh one of thefollowing:
a. relations between the Netherlands and other states or international organisations (?*) ;
b. the economic (?*) and financial interests (?*) of the State,
other bodies constituted under public law or the administrative authorities referred to in section 1a, subsection 1 (c and d) and subsection 2;
c. the investigation of criminal offences and the prosecution of offenders;
d. inspection, control and oversight by administrative authorities;
e. respect for personal privacy; (especially for the rich elite!*)

f. the importance to the addressee of being the first to note the information;
g. the prevention of disproportionate advantage or disadvantage to the natural or legal persons concerned or to third parties.(?*)
3. Subsection 2, chapeau and at b, shall apply to the disclosure of environmental information concerning confidential procedures.
4. Subsection 2, chapeau and at g, shall not apply to the disclosure of environmental information.
It is possible to refrain from disclosing such information pursuant to this Act if its publication would make damage to the environment more likely.
Section 11
1. Where an application concerns information contained in documents drawn up for the purpose of internal consultation, no information shall be disclosed concerning personal opinions on policy contained therein.
2. Information on personal opinions on policy may be disclosed, in the interests of effective, democratic governance, in a form which cannot be traced back to any individual. If those who expressed the opinions in question or who supported them agree, information may be disclosed in a form which may be traced back to individuals.
3. Information concerning the personal opinions on policy contained in the recommendations of a civil service or mixed advisory committee may be disclosed if the administrative authority directly concerned informed the committee members of its intention to do so before they commenced their activities.

Chapter VI. Other provisions
Section 12
Rules applicable to the central government may be laid down by or pursuant to an order in council concerning charges for copies of documents made and extracts from or abstracts of documents supplied in response to applications for information.
Section 13
Publication of recommendations by the Council of State or independent advisory committees which were issued before 1 May 1980 shall not be compulsory (mandatory) under the present Act.
Section 14
Further rules concerning the implementation of provisions laid down by or pursuant to the present Act may be laid down:
a. for central government, by or pursuant to an order by Our Prime Minister in accordance with the views of the Cabinet;
b. for provinces, municipalities, water boards and the other administrative authorities referred to in section 1a, subsection 1 (c and d) and subsection 2, by their executive bodies.
Section 15

Section 16
The provisions of the previous Government Information (Public Access) Act (Bulletin of Acts and Decrees 1987, no. 581) shall continue to apply to appeals against decisions given pursuant to the said Act which had been lodged before the present Act entered into force.
Section 17
Our Prime Minister and Minister of General Affairs, and our Minister of the Interior shall, within five years of the entry into force of the present Act, report to the States General on its application.

shall be repealed.
Section 26
This Act shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
Section 27
This Act may be cited as the Government Information (Public Access) Act. We order and command that this Act shall be published in the Bulletin of Acts and Decrees and that all ministerial departments, authorities, bodies and officials whom it may concern shall diligently implement it.

In a
published article in April 1995, former NASA Director of Communications Maurice
Chatelain dropped the bombshell revelation that the Apollo Moon Mission found
'several mysterious geometric structures of unnatural origin' on the Moon.
Donna Tietze, a former photo technician at NASA's Johnson Space Center in
Houston during the Apollo Moon missions, revealed during a 6th May 1995 radio
interview on WOL-AM in Washington, DC, that the job of a co-worker in a
restricted area was to airbrush out UFOs from photos from the Moon before NASA
sold those photos to the public.
Another former astronaut, Dr Brian O'Leary, on 18th September 1994 made the
following declarations publicly at the International Forum on New Science in
Fort Collins, Colorado. Dr O'Leary said that 'For nearly 50 years, the secrecy
apparatus within the United States Government has kept from the public UFO and
alien contact information.'
He flatly stated that 'We have contact with alien cultures...' As for the
non-disclosure of these facts, Dr. O'Leary said, 'The suppression of UFO and
other extraterrestrial intelligence information for at least 47 years is
probably being orchestrated by an elite band of men in the CIA, NSA, DIA and
their like. This small group appears able to keep these already-hard-to-believe
secrets very well. ...Those who have investigated this hydra-headed beast
believe that the Cosmic Watergate of UFO, alien, mind-control, genetic
engineering, free-energy, anti-gravity propulsion and other secrets will make
Watergate or Irangate appear to be kindergarten exercises.'
Dr. Richard F. Haines, Ph.D., a NASA research scientist, interviewed commercial
and military airline pilots and collected voice recordings made while in pursuit
of UFOs. Obtained through the Freedom of Information Act by Greene, the tapes
include three very compelling exchanges between pilots and air controllers. In
one, a UFO accelerated from 120 knots to 990 knots in less than 3 seconds.
Command-Sergeant Major Dean explains why he believes our government has been
actively garnering UFO information since WW II. There are lists of dozens of
reported UFO crash sites dating back to 1896 with photos of materials reportedly
left behind by UFOs like a mysterious metal sludge and a white fiber called
'angel's hair.'
The NASA Photo Gallery contains photos taken by astronauts during the Mercury
and Apollo missions. Comparison can be made between shots of the same type UFO
by Apollo 13 and by the Russian Phobos II. Astronaut Donald Slayton gives an
account of chasing a UFO that left him bewildered by its speed. One Apollo 13
photo shows three different UFOs in one shot. Another photo reveals a blue UFO
hovering above one of our moon buggies while it was parked on the lunar surface.
Photos taken by Gemini XI in 1966 match UFOs in photos take by Skylab III in
1973. Included is the actual transmission from a 1965 UFO report during a space
mission from James Lovell and Frank Borman. There is also a remarkable video
from the STS-48 space shuttle showing an object cruising past the shuttle, then
making an abrupt turn and speeding away in a fraction of a second.
The evidence of a government cover-up is hard to ignore. When astronauts
Armstrong and Aldrin landed on the moon in 1969, their public voice transmission
was suddenly silenced by NASA for an hour. However, HAM radio enthusiasts
reported overhearing the conversation with Mission Control. The astronauts
claimed there were two UFOs parked on the rim of a nearby crater. Later, it is
reported, Armstrong said they were being 'warned off' the moon. The CIA covered
up the incident. This encounter was photographed by Aldrin and confirmed by
Marice Chatelain, NASA's Chief of Communications for all Apollo missions. The
1964 NASA moon photos in this section show what appear to be strange looking
'machines' parked in craters.
The Phobos I and Phobos II missions provided mysteries still unsolved today.
Phobos I disappeared before it reached Mars and shortly after Phobos II landed,
its transmission was lost. The last photo Phobos II sent back from Mars was that
of a saucer-like shadow looming over it.
