Dr. Paul LaViolette has written four books and has published many original papers in physics, astronomy, climatology, systems theory, and psychology.

He received his BA in physics from Johns Hopkins, his MBA from the University of Chicago, and PhD from Portland State University, and is currently president of the Starburst Foundation, an interdisciplinary scientific research institute.

He is the developer of subquantum kinetics, a novel approach to microphysics that accounts for electric, magnetic, gravitational, and nuclear forces in a unified manner and resolves many long-standing physics problems.

Based on the predictions of this theory, he developed an alternative cosmology that effectively replaces the big bang theory.

There was a case of a Canadian fellow who had developed a technology for producing enough power to power your house, out of something about the size of a shoebox.

It was a new way of wiring something up - some sort of non-linear device. He was very open about it and [about] publicizing it.

One day his house was surrounded by SWAT teams and all of his equipment was confiscated. He was arrested on the grounds that he was harboring terrorist technology or weaponry, and he was released only after he had signed something that said he would not continue doing work in this area. Now he is mowing lawns for a living…

The Patent Office, in its current approach, is actually breaking the law. It is trying to make happy the physicists who are with the American Physical Society -to keep them in power with their ideas, you might say, and withhold from public use good inventions that could solve our problems, like the energy crisis.

There is a whole pattern of this going on at the Patent Office. I personally know it, because I was at the Patent Office for about a year and I know some people there, and I know some of the things that were going on.

For example, there was somebody I know who issued a patent on a process of sending signals faster than the speed of light. This was then made fun of by Robert Park on his website.

Through their connections, they had this posted somewhere as the most ridiculous patent of the year award - this sort of thing…

They can say what they want; it’s freedom of speech, but for the Patent Office to do their bidding instead of following the law - that is illegal…

"NATIONAL SECURITY" Trick!


It is important to include here a summary observation of the review process that is made when a researcher or an inventor submits his idea or device to the official US Patent Office. In the author's opinion, our country is in a cycle whereby the needs of 'National Security' far outweigh the needs or rights of the individual, or any 'US citizen'.

This is most likely due to the financial re-organization of this country in March 1933, and it's current financial situation. [10]
From our research, we make the following observations: [11]

(1) All US Patent requests are first submitted to five separate review boards, each representing a separate US Military Service.

(2) If ANY of these five review boards feels that a submitted device will be of benefit to the support of the 'National Defense' or the 'National Security' of the United States Federal

Government, then,

(3) THAT PATENT WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PATENT OFFICE REVIEW PROCESS AND WILL BE CLASSIFIED!

(4) The inventor will then be notified that his patent project has been classified, by:

(5) SECRECY ORDER (Title 35, United States Code (1952), sections 181-188):

" You are hereby notified that your application as above identified has been found to contain subject matter, the unauthorized disclosure of which might be detrimental to the national security, and you are ordered in nowise to publish or disclose the invention or any material information with respect thereto, including hitherto unpublished details of the subject matter of said application, in any way to any person not cognizant of the invention prior to the date of the order, including any employee of the principals, but to keep the same secret except by written consent first obtained of the Commissioner of Patents, under the penalties of 35 U.S.C. (1952) 182, 186."

As many , if not ALL, of these devices listed in Table 4 may ALSO be of use to the US Military in the interest of 'National Security', then the idea to file for a US Patent for ANY of these devices MAY NOT BE SUCH A GOOD IDEA!

Several successful products on the market today never applied for a US Patent; they obtained a trade-secret or a licensing agreement instead (e.g. Coca-Cola)! This may be a legal avenue to pursue instead, within the US. Several inventors, aware of these facts, have ALSO obtained patents in other countries - FIRST - putting the information into the public domain internationally, before later applying to the to US Patent Office. This appears to have become the most successful path to insert new technology into the US.

It is ALSO to be remembered that many aspects of the financial structure of the US Federal Government and the (so-called) Federal Reserve Bank [10] have ALSO been CLASSIFIED in the interests of 'National Security', as well as have many other internal banking matters, mostly by Presidential Executive Order. As over one-half of all of the oil that is now consumed in the US is imported, any attempts to reduce the flow of imported oil into the US may be met with 'official resistance'. It seems that the problem lies not with the oil producers, who would like to conserve and replace their oil with alternate energy conversion production facilities, but rather with the oil importers! This is a very serious matter and deserves serious attention.

- film & media de schuld geven dat "ZIJ de oorzaak zijn" dat er meer UFO-meldingen binnenkomen.

"bestaan zeker ook niet" als de media & film er melding van maakt.

Wat hebben een DEEL van de -echte- UFO's met ET's vandoen?

De ExtraTerrestrial Hypothesis (ofwel ETH for short) is een heel bekende hypothese in UFO-wereld, als je dan in gedachten hebt dat bij veel waarnemingen het klaarblijkelijk gaat (citaat uit het SEPRA rapport:)  "completely unknown flying machines with exceptional performances that are guided by a artificial intelligence" dan is ETH als één van de MOGELIJKE antwoorden niet zo'n grote verrassing.... TOCH ???

A - HYPOTHESIS - means according a impartial unprejudiced dictionary:

A proposal intended to explain -certain facts- or observations


A concept that is not -yet- verified (several causes) but

that if true would explain certain facts or phenomena!

Pseudo sceptics IGNORES systematically the DIFFERENCE between
